I think there may be enough letters in the middle now to get it. My feeling on outside resources is that it's OK to go to a specific episode transcript to get the quote exactly right, if you remember what the episode is, but not ok to, say, run a Google search of the format "site:insidethex.co.uk [insert key word here]." Which is what I did to find the ab-roller quote, since I couldn't remember what episode it was in.
